To appoint members of the Cabinet and approve delegations to individual Cabinet members

That:
- the appointments to Cabinet and delegations to Cabinet members as set out in the appendix be approved becoming effective on 1 August 2022
- all previous appointments to Cabinet cease as of 31 July 2022
- the appointment as Policy Adviser to the Cabinet as set out in the appendix be approved becoming effective on 1 August 2022
- all previous appointments as Policy Advisers cease as of 31 July 2022

To seek approval to award a Discretionary Disabled Facilities ‘Top Up’ Grant beyond the adopted policy amount of £10,000

That:
The Portfolio Holder authorises the approval of a Discretionary Disabled Facilities ‘Top Up’ Grant for circumstances outside the current policy

To give permission for Arnbrook Children’s Centre to hold their play session at Queensbower Recreation Ground 15th August 2022 from 10am until 12pm midday.

That Arnbrook Children’s Centre be allowed to go ahead with their play session as outlined on the above date and times. Attendance, est. 30 people.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.

1)To seek approval of a revised rental strategy for the business units on the ground floor of Arnold Market Place to reflect the market changes from when the original business case was agreed.
2)To seek approval for disposal of one of the units (Unit 2), via a lease, to an anchor tenant for a period of 10 years through open market private treaty.
3)To seek approval for a 5 year lease for one of the units (Unit 1) to a food business.
4)To seek delegated authority to the Chief Executive in consultation with Head of Governance and Customer Services to agree heads of terms in relation to the AMP units.

To gain approval from the Portfolio Holder for the following street names to be used for the Land At Chase Farm (Former Gedling Colliery), Adjacent To Arnold Lane And Land Off Lambley Lane Gedling Nottinghamshire;
Fitzalbert Gardens, Gourdine Grove, Lincoln Drive, Solar Mews

THAT:
The Portfolio Holder agrees the following street names for the Land At Chase Farm (Former Gedling Colliery), Adjacent To Arnold Lane And Land Off Lambley Lane Gedling Nottinghamshire;
Fitzalbert Gardens, Gourdine Grove, Lincoln Drive, Solar Mews
