This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and provide evidence of public liability insurance.

The report details a revised set of Fees and Charges for Communications, and seeks approval for their introduction with immediate effect.

This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.

To give permission for Arnbrook Children’s Centre to run 6 weekly Forest School activities at Church Lane Recreation Ground as follows:
19th April, 26th April, 3rd May, 10th May, 17th May, 24th May between 10:15 am until 11:15am

That Arnbrook Children’s Centre be allowed to carry out their Forest School sessions at Church Lane Recreation Ground on the dates and times as above. Estimated attendance 9 children and 5 Children’s Centre staff.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the park.
