To give permission for Sunset Cinema Club Ltd to hold 3 weekend evening film showings on Haywood Road as per below programme:
6th and 7th July – set up from 2pm Friday 6th July, film showing 10pm with 11:50pm finish, times repeated Saturday.
10th and 11th August – set up from 2pm Friday 10th August film showing 9pm with 10:50pm finish, times repeated Saturday
7th ans 8th September – set up from 2pm Friday, film showing 8pm with 10pm finish, times repeated Saturday.

To give permission for Haywood Road Community Association to hold their Porchester Festival event at Haywood Road Bowling Green on 30th June, 2pm until 10pm and 1st July 9am until 3pm.

That Haywood Road Community Association be given permission to go ahead with their Porchester Festival event at Haywood Road Bowling Green as outlined on the above dates. Attendance, est. 100 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.

To give permission for Arnbrook Children’s Centre to run 6 weekly Forest School activities at Church Lane Recreation Ground as follows:

This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the park.
