go ahead with their filming as outlined on the above dates and

This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure
the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.

To give permission for the leisure centres to
run half price badminton during the day time in school holidays
where deemed appropriate to the programming of the
facilities

Any member of the public wanting to play
badminton during the daytime in school holidays during 2022 are
able to access the session for half price. The offer is subject to
programming at the sites and may not be available in all school
holidays.
