To give permission for Raise the Roof
Productions to carry out filming at Gedling Country Park on 31st
January, 1st and 2nd February between 2pm and 4pm on each
day..
That Raise the Roof Productions be allowed to
go ahead with their filming as outlined on the above dates and
times. Attendance, est. 10
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure
the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.
