2)In respect of parish precepts, for those parts of its area
mentioned in appendix 2 to the attached report, the amounts
specified in appendix 2 to the attached report.

To give permission for Notts Orienteering Club
to run their orienteering event at Gedling Country Park on 19th
February start times are (provisionally) from 10:30-11:45. All
courses close at 14:00. The car park will be cleared by 15:00 at
the latest.

This decision is dependent on correct insurance, a risk assessment
to cover Covid controls (if relevant) and the issue of a user
licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event
of accidents for any activities held on the park.

held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
