That ReChurch be given approval to go ahead
with their community family fun day event as outlined on the above
date and times. Attendance, est.300
This decision is dependent on, the organiser’s providing to
the Council:
A copy of their public liability insurance; the names and addresses
of the food vendors and food hygiene safety certificates, the
health and safety documents for the inflatables, i.e. a copy of the
PIPA annual safety inspection certificate, the risk assessment for
the operation of the inflatable and a copy of the inflatable
supplier’s public liability insurance. The organiser signing
a user licence agreement which will require a term in the licence
to protect the grounds from vehicular damage by using ground
protection if the conditions are wet and where possible restrict
vehicles accessing the football pitch. If any damage occurs to the
grounds, the organiser will be required to reinstate the grounds. A
