That the Corporate Director is recommended
to:
a. grant a licence to the NHS Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust to
use part of the car park at Killisick Community Centre for use as a
mobile vaccination site
b. Delegates authority to the Head of Communities & Leisure to
make all operational decisions relating to the licence agreement
and approve any variations to the licence agreement, including in
relation to extension of the licence period.
