on 7 March 2016 Council approved a
£900,000 budget for the development of an Heritage / Cultural
visitors Centre at Gedling Country Park.
This paper to Council highlights the progress that had been made to
undertake the design and build of phase 1 of this development and
identifies the need for additional capital finance to fund the
project.
The paper also describes the work that has been undertaken to
produce an options based business case for the operation of the
café facility at the Centre and the business opportunity
that present s to the Council.
