Gedling Legacy Plan update

 

 

This report recommends that Council approve the Publication Draft Gedling Local Development Plan for a six week period of consultation. Subject to no substantial issues arising from this consultation, for Council to approve the Publication Draft and Sustainability Appraisal to be submitted to the Secretary of State with associated evidence documents for independent examination. To seek approval from Cabinet to bring the revised Local Development Scheme appended to this report into effect from 22nd May 2026.
