The Asset Management Plan (AMP) sets out the
Council’s approach to managing it’s property portfolio
effectively and responsibly. The plan feeds into the corporate
strategy and goes into more detail on the individual assets and how
these perform.
The AMP sets out detailed actions, responsibilities, timelines, and
resource requirements and on five categories which are to retain,
dispose, demolish, invest or repurpose. The AMP has been developed
in collaboration with service departments and will be reviewed
annually.
