registration as a provider of social housing.
To seek approval to delegate authority to the Director of Place to
utilises the Affordable Housing Contributions to either buy
properties to create an Affordable Housing portfolio, or to improve
existing Affordable Housing in the Borough in accordance with the
Section 106 Agreements.
