To seek approval for the council to apply rule 35 (iv) of the Council’s Contracts and Procurement Rules to award a contract to EON Energy Services Ltd to provide a managed service to deliver the installations associated with the Government’s Sustainable Warmth Competition (Local Authority Delivery Phase 3 and Home Upgrade Grant Phase 1), Gedling Green Homes Scheme 2022/23.
