To seek approval from the Director of Health
and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Chair of
Environment and Licensing Committee to restart the knowledge test
and safeguarding test in accordance with this report.
To update the Director as to the measures being taken to ensure
knowledge and safeguarding tests can be undertaken in accordance
with government guidance and regulation in respect of
Covid-19.
