Licence to allow a contractor to use parking spaces for its vehicles at Arnold Leisure Centre Car Park (Car Park) so that it may carry out upgrade works (the Works) to a telecoms mast which is situated on adjacent land.

 

 

To allow access to the Car Park in order to carry out the Works.
