1)The amended Private Sector Housing Grants and Assistance Policy
2023 (see appendix A) is approved in order to enhance the services
available to eligible residents.
2)The new Housing Assistance Grant conditions 2023 are adopted for
use to explain the terms of the grants (see Appendix B).
3)The existing Disabled Facilities Grant 2017 conditions remain
unchanged and are retained for use (see appendix C)

new one year contract for the Council to provide ground maintenance
services to Calverton Parish Council from 1st April 2023 at the
rates outlined in the Bill of Quantity.

Road to hold a Community Fun Day on Valley Road recreation Ground
on 19th August between 10am and 6pm.

That the Friends of Valley Road be allowed to
hold their Community Fun Day on Valley Road Recreation Ground on
the above date and time. Estimated attendance: 400 throughout the
day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issuing of
a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in
the event of accident or damages for any activities held on the
land. A temporary Events Notice (if required), supplying to the
Council the health and safety documents required from the supplier
of the Bouncy Castle and food hygiene safety checks.
