To seek approval to purchase a parcel of land through auction, as detailed in the report.

To Approve the acquisition of the land for the maximum price identified in the report plus auction fees, to be funded from the approved Carbon Reduction Initiatives capital programme budget

To approve an amendment to the Gambling Act annual fees as shown at Appendix 1. The current fees that were approved at the Licensing Act Committee on 9 February 2021 are attached at Appendix 2.

THAT:

1) The Director of Environment, Communities and Leisure, in consultation with the Chair of the Licensing Act Committee, approves the amendment to the Gambling Act annual fees as at Appendix 1 to ensure compliance with The Gambling (Premises Licence Fees) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007

To gain approval from the Portfolio Holder for the following names to be used for the Nottinghamshire County Council site, Rolleston Drive Arnold Nottinghamshire;
Armson, Butler, Clegg, Dexter, Ellis, Forrest, Hammond, Jeffery, Lacey

To gain approval from the Portfolio Holder for the following name to be used for the site of The Earl Of Chesterfield Carlton Hill Carlton Nottingham;
Earls Court

THAT:
The Portfolio Holder agrees the following name to be used for the site of The Earl Of Chesterfield Carlton Hill Carlton Nottingham;
Earls Court

To seek approval to the award of a discretionary Housing Assistance Grant for a family whose household income slightly exceeds the policy limit of £16,000.00

The Portfolio Holder authorises the approval of Warm Homes on Prescription Grant for circumstances outside the current policy.

To seek approval to not recover two Local Land Charges registered against a property where the occupant was in receipt of a mandatory and discretionary (‘top up’) Disabled Facilities Grant from the Council.

The Local Land Charges relating to the discretionary (top-up) and mandatory Disabled Facilities Grants awarded at 4 Dover Beck Close should be not recovered in full upon sale of the property.
The removal of the local land charges associated with this report are supported
