To seek approval for opening hours for the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

To approve the closure of all the Community Centres over the Christmas and New Year period as detailed in the report.

30/10/2017 - Nottinghamshire Orienteering Club – Orienteering event ref: 629    Recommendations Approved

To give permission for anorienteering event to be held on 11 February 2018 at Bestwood Country Park. The competitor’s start times are from 10:30-11:30 with all courses closing at 14:30. All competitors will leave site by 5pm.

Decision:

That the Orienteering event be allowed to go ahead at Bestwood Country Park on 11th February between 10:30am and 2:30pm. (Attendance, est. 100).
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the park.
