To give permission for Jane Daffe to hold a childs 8th birthday party at Nottingham Road Recreation Ground on 14th September from 2:30pm until 4:30pm. Set up time from 1:30pm and dismantle by 5pm.

That the organiser be given permission to hold a Child’s Birthday Party on Nottingham Recreation Ground as outlined on the above dates and times.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accidents for any activities held on the park.

To give permission for Rasselbock Running event at Gedling Country Park on Sunday 1st June 2025 from 10:30am until 16:40pm. Set up event from 8:30am and take down by 18:40pm

That Rasselbock Running be allowed to go ahead with their running event as outlined on the above date. Attendance, est. 80-100
This decision is dependent on Rasselbock providing to the Council appropriate public liability insurance, risk assessment, pay to the Council a licence fee of £300 per event (payable one week prior to the event) and the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.

To seek approval to enter into a lease with Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner for part of the Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park.

THAT The Leader:
1.Approves the granting of a lease of part of the Civic Centre as shown edged red on the Plan at Appendix 1 to Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner.
2.Approves the Heads of Terms at Appendix 2
