To give permission for the Scouts Association to hold a Spring Fayre at Thackerays Recreation Ground on 6th June between 10:30am until 4pm, setting up from 8:00am and leaving site by 17:30pm.

That the Scout Group be allowed to hold their Spring Fayre at Thackerays Recreation Ground on the above date and time. Estimated attendance: 1000.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, site specific risk assessment including Covid controls and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the land.

To give permission for Carlton Male Voice Choir to carry out their choir rehearsals at Gedling Country Park on 19th May, 26th May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June, 23rd June and 30th June between 6:30 pm and 9pm.
