To give permission for Limarra Speed to hold her 7year old daughter’s birthday party on Muirfield Rec on 23rd June 2018 between 12:30 and 4pm.

That Limarra Speed be given permission to use Muirfield Recreation ground for her daughter’s 7th birthday celebrations as outlined on the above date and time. Attendance, est. 16 people.

To give permission for an orienteering event to be held on 5th August 2018 at Burntstump Country Park. The competitor’s start times are from 10:30-11:30 with all courses closing at 14:00. All competitors will leave site by 5pm.

That the Orienteering event be allowed to go ahead at Burntstump Country Park on 5th August between 10:30am and 2:00pm. (Attendance, est. 50-70).

This report seeks approval to enter into a new contract in respect of the delivery of face to face services by Gedling Borough Council to customers of Nottinghamshire County Council from 1st April 2018.
