allowed to go ahead with their Festival at Newstead Recreation
Ground on the dates described above. Attendance is estimated to be
450 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground. Appropriate organiser’s public
Liability Insurance and the completion of an Event Management plan
approved by Nottinghamshire Safety Advisory Group. The organisers
are to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst
accessing and exiting the site.
