This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.

To give permission to AREC to hold their Bowls and Cake evening on 20th August between 7pm and 9pm, arrival from 6:30pm and vacation of site by 9:30pm at the Bowls Pavilion, Arnot Hill Park.
