To seek approval to use the ESPO Framework 115 to procure the contract for the refurbishment of the play area at Muirfield Road Recreation Ground, Arnold, Nottingham.

To give approval for the use of the ESPO Framework 115 to procure a supplier to deliver the refurbishment of the play area at Muirfield Recreation Ground.

To procure a supplier using the ESPO Framework 115. This Framework offers a competitive route to purchase the design, supply, delivery and installation of outdoor playground equipment and safety surfacing for public play areas. The suppliers on the framework have been selected for their experience and ability to provide a comprehensive range of products that combine quality and value for money. The Framework is available for use by public sector bodies including Local Authorities and is EU/UK compliant. The suppliers have been assessed for their financial stability, track record and experience and technical and professional ability. The framework also has pre agreed terms and conditions that are compliant with Gedling Borough Council’s contracts terms.

That Framework be given permission to go ahead with their group walk at Gedling Country Park on the date and time described above. Attendance is estimated to be 12 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
