That the Friends of King George V Standhill
park be permitted to go ahead with their Picnic in the Park event
as outlined on the above date and time. Estimated attendance 200
over the course of the event.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident
for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the
land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.
