THAT:
1.The Portfolio Holder for Local Pride and Community Engagement
approves the Community Events and Activities Programme for 2024/25
as set out in Appendix 1 of this report.
2.The Portfolio Holder for Local Pride and Community Engagement
delegates authority to the relevant Corporate Director to cancel
any event in response to Government guidance, extreme weather,
significant safety concerns or other exceptional
circumstances.
