The Portfolio Holder for Corporate Resources and Performance notes the update and approves the timeframe of a Community Asset Transfer transition plan to facilitate a decision report to Cabinet to Summer 2023, to enable a successful Community Asset Transfer in accordance with the Council’s Community Asset Transfer Policy.
