That the Leader of the Council, during the Covid-19 pandemic:
1) Authorises, with immediate effect, the temporary suspension of car park charges and the requirement to display parking tickets during the Covid-19 pandemic; and
2) Delegates authority to the Assistant Director responsible for Property Services to deal with all operational decisions and actions resulting from this decision.
