Each Panel has delegated
authority to make the decision on:
1. Applications for a personal licence where there is a police
objection;
2. Applications for a personal licence where unspent convictions
are revealed;
3. Applications for a premises licence or club premises certificate
where a relevant representation is made and not
withdrawn;
4. Applications for a provisional statement where a relevant
representation is made and not withdrawn;
5. Applications to vary on premises licence or club premises
certificate if a relevant
representation is made and not withdrawn;
6. Applications to vary, the designated premises supervisor, where
a police objection is made;
7. Applications for transfer of a premises licence where a police
objection is made;
8. Applications for interim authorities where a police objection is
made;
