To consider an application for a review of the premises licence in respect of the 'Willowbrook Public House, 13 Main Road, Gedling."

Minutes:

The Panel considered an application to review the Premises Licence granted to The Willowbrook Public House, Main Road, Gedling, Nottinghamshire.

 

In addition to written representation, circulated prior to the meeting, the Panel heard evidence from:

In making its decision, the Panel had regard to the Gedling Borough Council Licensing Policy, guidance issued under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003, and the Human Rights Act 1998; it has carefully considered all the evidence presented to it, both written representations and oral representations at the hearing.

 

RESOLVED:

 

To modify the Premises Licence as follows:

 

The times at which live music is authorised is amended to:

 

1.      All week – Sunday through Saturday – 10.00hrs to 23.00 hrs, except Bank Holiday Sundays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve which shall be 10.00hrs – 00.30 hrs

 

2.      Two conditions are imposed, namely:

i)                 That the beer garden to the rear of the premises shall be vacated and shall not be used for the provision of licensable activities or the consumption of food and/or beverages after 22.30 hours (other than on Bank Holiday Sundays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve)

 

ii)          That the number of people in the beer garden to the rear of the premises shall be limited to a maximum of 75 at any one time (other than on Bank Holiday Sundays, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve)
