PDF 263 KB Minutes: The Director of Place introduced a report, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, informing Members of the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 in relation to the review of the Authority’s Gambling Statement of Policy and to seek approval to consult on proposed amendments to the existing policy. RESOLVED to: 1) Note the proposed changes to the Council’s Gambling Statement of Policy; and 2) Approve a public consultation for a period of 4 weeks in accordance with the Gambling Act and as detailed in this report.
