Minutes:

Consideration was given to a report of the Direct of Organisational Development and Democratic Services, which had been circulated prior to the meeting, seeking approval to co-opt Rosalie Hawks on to the Standards Committee to fill the vacant post of co-opted independent member.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That Rosalie Hawks be co-opted on to the Standards Committee to fill the vacant post of co-opted independent member until the annual meeting in 2018
