The Assistant Director for Development introduced a report, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, seeking approval of amended Committee Rules and Scheme of Delegation within the Constitution for referral to Full Council on 30th September 2026.

RESOLVED to:

 

Agree the proposed amendments to the Planning Committee Rules within Section 10 of the Constitution and to the Planning delegations within Section 19b Scheme of Delegation of the Constitution and recommends to Council for approval.
