Reserved Matters application for Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale in relation to outline planning permission 2017/1571 for "Erection of employment units (Class B1c/B2/B8 Use), Pub/Restaurant (Class A3/A4 Use) and Drive Thru (Class A3 Use), together with associated parking, servicing and landscaping.

The Principal Planning Officer introduced the report.

It was moved and duly seconded by members, to add an additional informative in relation to Condition 6 of the report which was approved as follows:

“With regards to condition 6, the car park management and anti-social behaviour plan should include details of a litter management plan.”
