Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Place, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, regarding a change of circumstances following information received about the holder of a Joint Hackney Carriage/ Private Hire Driver’s Licence
Members were advised that the solicitor acting on behalf of IS had provided evidence confirming that IS was not in the UK and was therefore unable to attend the meeting on this date.
RESOLVED to:
Defer consideration of the matter to the next available meeting of the Committee.
