Report of the Chief Digital and Customer Officer.

Consideration was given to a report of the Chief Digital and Customer Officer, which had been circulated prior to the meeting, and the Annual Delivery Plan actions and performance indicators and targets against which performance would be measured in 2026/27 were agreed.

RESOLVED:

1.     That Cabinet approved the performance indicators and targets set out in Appendix A for 2026/27

2.     That Cabinet approved the Annual Delivery Plan Actions set out in Appendix B for 2026/27
