Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Place, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, seeking approval for a variation of Street Trading Consent for the Arnold Market to trade in a stationary van, cart, barrow or other vehicle.

 

RESOLVED to:

 

Approve the variation to the street trading consent granted to Gedling Borough Council for the Arnold Market on Eagles Square to depart from section 4.1 of the Street Trading Policy to allow trading from a stationary van, cart, barrow or other vehicle.
