Report of the Head of Governance and Customer Services.
Minutes:
The Head of Governance and Customer Services introduced a report, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, making final recommendations on the proposed restructure of staffing within the Legal Services team.
RESOLVED to:
1)
Note the comments received from staff and trade
unions on the proposals in the report;
2) Support the proposed changes and note that the Chief Executive has delegated authority to authorise the implementation of the changes with effect from 29 June 2021.
