The development shall be undertaken in accordance with the details as set out within the application form received on the 15th May 2019, the site location plan received on the 15th May 2019, the revised block plan received on the 10^th December 2019, drawing number 0117 Rev 02, the revised floor plan received on the 10th December 2019, drawing number 0117 Rev 03, and the revised elevations received on the 28th January 2020, drawing number 0117 Rev 03.
