Unauthorised works to a listed building.

RESOLVEDthat the Service Manager, Development Services, in conjunction with the Director of Organisational Development & Democratic Services, be authorised to take all necessary planning enforcement action including the service of a listed building enforcement notice and proceedings through the courts if required to ensure improvement works are carried out to negate the impact of the existing unauthorised works to the two dormer windows and the first floor side window at the Tower House, Newstead Abbey Park, Station Avenue, Newstead.
