Unauthorised construction of a bridge and storage of a shipping container.
RESOLVED:
That the Service Manager, Development Services in conjunction with the Director of Organisational Development & Democratic Services be authorised to take all necessary enforcement action including the service of any enforcement notices and proceedings through the courts to ensure the bridge, associated fence and the green shipping container be removed from the land.
