To give permission for Haywood Road Community
Association to hold their celebration event for the park opening on
14th September from 12pm midday until 5pm.
That Haywood Road Community Association be
given permission to go ahead with their l event at Haywood Road
Park as outlined on the above date . Attendance, est. 100- 200
people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.

Spaces
