2019 for public consultation.
Reasons for the decision:
To approve the Consultation Draft Statement of
Community Involvement May 2019 so that it may be published for a
period of four weeks for the purposes of public consultation.
Alternative options considered:
To rely on the existing adopted SCI (2014),
however, this is not up to date and does not reflect the latest
government guidance. It would also be timely to consult on a
revised document which would then be finalised in time to be used
for the planned ACS review issues and options
