To give approval for Newstead Community Events
to hold their Halloween Event at Newstead Recreation Ground on 31st
October between 2pm and 7pm.
That Newstead Community Events be permitted to
go ahead with their Halloween Event as outlined on the above date
and time. Estimated attendance 100 over the course of the
event.
This decision is dependent on the organisers providing to the
Council a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, an event risk
assessment and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
