That James Mellors Amusements Ltd and Proctors (Nottm) Fun Fairs Ltd Annual Fun Fairs be permitted to run and manage their funfair events at Killisick Recreation Ground and Richard Herrod Playing Field as outlined on the above dates. Attendance, est. 3000 over the operating period.
This decision is dependent on compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, correct insurance, payment of the licence fee prior to the event and will require the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage to the grounds occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.



Reasons for the decision:

To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open Spaces
To facilitate the provision of amusement rides for the residents living near to the parks and so encourage social cohesion.
