outside the current policy

include:
•Reducing hardship and provide support to the most
vulnerable
•Improve health and wellbeing
Approving the grant will directly improve the health and wellbeing
for Mr Everington.
Consideration has been given to sourcing charitable funding but this is unlikely and could take a number of months to resolve. The family have little funds to allocate to the project due having already spent money helping the applicant to live an independent life.
