To give permission for St Albans Activity and
Recreation Society to hold their VE Day community party on
Muirfield Recreation Ground on 8th May between 13.00 and
17.00pm.
That St Albans Activity and Recreation Society
be allowed to go ahead with their VE Day Community Party on the
above date and time. Attendance estimated to be 200.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and will require
the issue of a licence indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground
and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst
accessing and exiting the site.
