To give permission for Carlton Hill Community Action Group to hold a community event at The Garden for the Blind on 20th June between 8am and 4pm.

That Carlton Hill Community Action Group be allowed to go ahead with their Community Event at the Garden for the Blind on the above date and time. Attendance, est. 100
This decision is dependent on the issue of a licence indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
