To give permission for All Hallows Church to
hold an outdoor Church Service at Burton Road Jubilee Park on Good
Friday 10th April 2pm until 3pm and at Gedling Country Park on
Easter Sunday 5:30am until 6:30am.
That All Hallows allowed to go ahead with
their church services as outlined on the above dates and times.
Attendance, est. 50 at each event.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and provide evidence of public
liability insurance.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
