To give permission for Framework to run their
group walk at Gedling Country Park on 31st July 2019 from 11am
until 4pm.
That Framework be given permission to go ahead
with their group walk at Gedling Country Park on the date and time
described above. Attendance is estimated to be 12 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
