To give permission for Lisa Eaton representing
the Group B Strep Charity to hold a Family Walk/Run/Raffle at
Gedling Country Park on Saturday 2nd June 2019 from 10:300am until
12:00 Midday.
That Lisa Eaton representing the Group B Strep
Charity be allowed to go ahead with their family walk event as
outlined on the above date. Attendance, est. 50.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
